NHS Hair Epilation Referrals
Results
WILD is an NHS-commissioned provider of hair epilation services and accepts referrals for eligible patients in line with local NHS commissioning criteria.
NHS-funded treatment is provided following formal referral and approval.
Treatment is delivered in a private clinic setting, with the same focus on dignity, consistency, and individual care throughout your course.
Private laser hair removal appointments remain available for self-funding clients. Referrer information is available on request.
What to expect
Treatment plans are tailored to the individual, recognising that hair growth and response can vary.
All treatments are carried out using medical-grade laser technology, suitable for a wide range of skin types.
Accessing treatment
NHS-funded treatment is available by referral only and must be approved prior to starting.

Most people don’t need a better home laser.
They need a better understanding of the difference between IPL and laser.
The device I use in clinic costs more than most cars.
Not because it’s fancy.
Because it’s capable of delivering results safely and consistently across different skin types, hair types and treatment areas.
Home devices can absolutely have a place.
But they’re not the same treatment.
And pretending they are doesn’t help anyone.
The truth is, good laser results don’t come from a machine alone.
They come from understanding the skin.
Understanding the hair cycle.
Understanding hormones.
Understanding when not to treat.
And knowing how to adjust treatments safely from one appointment to the next.
That’s one of the reasons I was trusted to become an NHS-funded provider for hair epilation.
Not because of one machine.
But because safe, effective laser treatment is about far more than pressing a button.
Technology matters.
Experience matters.
Clinical judgement matters.

When choosing a laser clinic ask yourself:
✔ Who performs the treatment?
✔ What machine are they using?
✔ Will they tell you if you’re not suitable?
✔ Can they explain why they’re choosing those settings?
✔ Do they have experience with your skin type and hair type?
Because laser isn’t just about removing hair.
It’s about trusting the person holding the handpiece.

Laser hair removal offers long-term hair reduction.
For many people that means:
