NHS Hair Epilation Referrals
Results
WILD is an NHS-commissioned provider of hair epilation services and accepts referrals for eligible patients in line with local NHS commissioning criteria.
NHS-funded treatment is provided following formal referral and approval.
Treatment is delivered in a private clinic setting, with the same focus on dignity, consistency, and individual care throughout your course.
Private laser hair removal appointments remain available for self-funding clients. Referrer information is available on request.
What to expect
Treatment plans are tailored to the individual, recognising that hair growth and response can vary.
All treatments are carried out using medical-grade laser technology, suitable for a wide range of skin types.
Accessing treatment
NHS-funded treatment is available by referral only and must be approved prior to starting.

Sometimes the best consultation is the one where nobody feels pressured to say yes.
A client recently booked a consultation for back laser hair removal after their partner suggested it might be worth looking into.
They weren’t convinced laser was actually right for them.
And those are some of my favourite consultations.
Because my role isn’t to persuade someone that laser is the right choice.
It’s to understand what they want.
We talked about questions like:
• Does the hair actually bother you?
• What outcome are you hoping for?
• Is this something you want, or are you doing it for someone else?
• What would make treatment feel worthwhile?
Sometimes people leave with a treatment plan.
Sometimes they leave deciding now isn’t the right time.
Both are successful outcomes.
I believe the right treatment starts with the right conversation.

Everyone does this on their first facial laser appointment…
That little jump isn’t because it hurts…
it’s because your brain doesn’t know what’s coming yet
If you’ve ever thought about laser hair removal for your face but worried about the pain… this one’s for you.
Your brain hears the beep, sees the flash and thinks, “Brace yourself!” before it’s even happened.
Then about 30 seconds later my clients usually look at me and say…
“Oh… I thought it was going to be much worse than that.”
Everyone’s pain threshold is different, and I’m never going to tell you laser is completely painless.
What I will say is that the fear beforehand is often far bigger than the treatment itself.

Can I tell you a secret?
I’m not looking at any of those things.
I’m looking at your skin, how it’s responding, whether your settings are right, whether your treatment is safe and how I can get you the best possible results.
